Now move all the way to the bottom of screen and exit right through the open gate.
This will move the drone to unplug the fan and drop the kite. Go up the stairs to the left and move right to the ball. Click on the power pole to move it as far left as you can.
Now you can click on the barrel and move it as far left as you can. Use your new spigot with the water barrel here and click on it to empty the barrel of water. In your inventory, use the spigot with both small pipe pieces then use that with the duct tape. Move back up the elevator to the second level. Move to the left and click on the water barrel near the drain to receive a spigot. Now move back down the elevator to the street level. To the left is a crate and on top is a small pipe piece to grab. On this level, click on the water barrel on the left to trigger some advancing dialogue. Now move to the right and click on the elevator button to move up.
Click on the panel twice then use the red outlet cover from your inventory on the socket and click on the plug. To the left of the table is a panel on the ground with a plug next to it. Grab the paper clip on the top right of the photo. Open the drawer on it and will see a photo, click on it. Now move to the center near the table you will see another cabinet/dresser. Select the bottom left reddish outlet cover. Now open the drawer below this and you will have a few outlet covers to choose from. On the counter of the cabinet grab the duct tape. On the right side of the platform is some cabinets. Speak with him if you wish but it's not needed. Move Andrew further to the right and his father, Mark, will show up on the other side of the fence. Move Andrew to the right in this new area and click on the tricycle to get a pipe piece. Now use the plug that is on the ground in the center of the screen and ascend the stairs into the next area. On the wall hotspot, use the screwdriver on it twice to reveal an outlet. Now move to the right of the screen and you will see a familiar puzzle. Click on that to open the drawer and click again to receive a screwdriver. Press and the hotspot above the broken plates is what we want. On the other side, you will see some broken plates on the ground. Before moving across though, grab the outlet cover you previously used. Now remove the plug from the wall to create a platform to move across. This will move the furniture wall in front of you down. Use the outlet cover on the wall here and click on the plug. Now keep moving to the right and you will see another outlet and a plug. Click on the outlet to get an outlet cover. Move to the right and you will see a lamp and a chair, in between them is an outlet.
